To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Use of the Platform

You agree to use FittestArena for lawful purposes only. You may not use our services to violate any applicable laws or regulations.

4. Intellectual Property

All content and materials on FittestArena (including text, images, and software) are the property of FittestArena or its licensors. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute this content without our permission.

5. User Content and Branding

By uploading logos, images, or other branding materials to FittestArena, you grant FittestArena a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and reproduce such materials for promotional and marketing purposes, including but not limited to featuring your event or organization on our website and marketing channels.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to FittestArena if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that we deem harmful to our platform or users.

7. Limitation of Liability

FittestArena is provided “as is” and “as available.” We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our platform, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Physical Activity Disclaimer & Assumption of Risk

FittestArena is a software platform for organizing and managing competition events. We are not responsible for the planning, execution, safety, or supervision of any event created through our platform.

Fitness competitions involve inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, disability, or death. By using FittestArena — whether as an organizer or participant — you acknowledge these risks and agree that FittestArena shall not be liable for any injury, illness, disability, or death arising from participation in any event organized through our platform, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updates will be posted here, with the effective date clearly shown.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Canada.

11. Payments and Stripe

FittestArena uses Stripe to process payments. By using paid registration features, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. FittestArena acts solely as a facilitator and is not a party to any payment transaction between event organizers and athletes. We are not responsible for payment failures, processing errors, chargebacks, refunds, or delays caused by Stripe or any other third-party payment processor. Refund and dispute policies are set by the event organizer.
